ENTERING THE BUILDING:

In the essence of things running smoothly, please make everyone aware of our COVID protocols:

  • masks must be worn at all times in our building (except during eating/drinking and optionally during your interview)

  • temperatures at taken at the entrance

  • a quick 5-question survey must be completed by each person each day

  • the elevators have a 2 person capacity

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

  • Worksite must provide a written copy of its plan/policy to enforce social distancing and safety requirements. 

  • Worksite must identify at least one staff member designated to enforce social distancing rules and share that information with all youth at the worksite.

  • Worksite has an adequate supply of soap and alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) and access to hand washing facilities 

  • Worksite must place alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) in multiple locations to promote hand hygiene as an effective way to prevent transmission of infections.

  • Worksite will provide youth with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the program. Minimally, 1 mask and 1 pair of gloves per day spent at the worksite. Evidence of an adequate supply to last the duration of the program must be observed during the visit with steps to resolve documented in the action plan. 

  • Worksites must provide a place to safely dispose of used Personal Protective Equipment, gloves, face masks, etc.

  • Worksite will facilitate the disinfection of common areas including offices, bathrooms, and shared equipment (like tablets, touch screens. Additionally, worksite will routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops, handrails, and doorknobs. Discourage sharing of tools and equipment, if feasible.
