Summer Rock Camp Volunteering
Rock Camp is GRP’s largest program and takes place during a week in August every summer. There are all different kinds of roles with various responsibilities and time commitments. There are many roles that do no require music experience! Check out a list of our Summer Rock Camp volunteer positions here!
Important dates for summer camp volunteers:
Info Sessions (strongly encouraged for all new volunteers)
May 23, 7 pm : Camp Info Session at Girls Rock Philly HQ, 1867 Frankford Avenue
May 29, 7 pm : Camp Info Session at A-Space, 4722 Baltimore Avenue, West Philadelphia
June 12, 7 pm : Camp Info Session at TBA
Training and Orientation (required for all volunteers)
July 13, 1 pm : All-volunteer Training at TBA
August 4, 2pm : All-volunteer Orientation at University of the Arts, Terra Hall

We acknowledge that gender is an ongoing and important issue and are always open to further discussion surrounding this topic.
