Want to get involved? We need the YEAR-ROUND help of reliable, dedicated people like you to make the after school program, barracuda club, and summer rock camp happen. We appreciate your skills time & enthusiasm! Some positions require musical experience, but there are many positions that do not.

Apply here For now if you’re interested in getting involved, come to a volunteer info session at GRP HQ every first tuesday of the month at 7pm or sign up to volunteer at ladies rock camp, which is happening may 2-4. Summer Rock Camp Volunteering

Rock Camp is GRP’s largest program and takes place during a week in August every summer. There are all different kinds of roles with various responsibilities and time commitments. There are many roles that do no require music experience! Check out a list of our 2014 Camp Volunteer Opportunities! (may be subject to change)

Important dates for 2014 summer camp volunteers:

Applications Open: Thursday April 10, 2014

Info Sessions (strongly encouraged for all new volunteers)
Tues. May 6, 2014 – 7 pm (during regularly scheduled monthly open volunteer meeting)*
Wed. May 21, 2014 – 7 pm*
Sat. June 7, 2014 – 2 pm*
* All info sessions at GRP Headquarters, 1867 Frankford Avenue, 19125

Training and Orientation (required for all volunteers)
Sat. July 19, 2014 – Training at location TBA, 12pm – 5pm
(make-up training: Sat. July 26, 2014 – GRP HQ, 1867 Frankford Avenue, 11am – 2pm)
Sun. August 3, 2014 – Orientation at summer camp site (tba), 2pm – 5pm
