Barracuda club, our drop-in program, was started in the Summer of 2012 with great success! The program runs Wednesdays, all year-long, from 3:30 pm-6:30 pm at the Girls Rock office and headquarters in Fishtown. The club is supervised by GRP staff.
Activities may include: Open Instrument Jam in the GRP Practice Space, mini instrument lessons, songwriting, home recording, audio interviews and editing & arts and crafts including button making and screen printing.
Influenced by the values and mission of Girls Rock Philly, Barracuda Club will be an opportunity for girls in the GRP community to get to know each other, have fun and learn new skills in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Spring Dates: Every Wednesday, some exceptions TBA.
Time: 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Location: Girls Rock Philly •1867 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19125 (Between Berks St. & Norris St.)
