Girls Rock Philly has moved into our new combo of office & practice rooms! And with that, our spaces are now officially open to past & present GRP campers & volunteers.
These rooms are located on N. Frankford Ave. in Fishtown, just two blocks from the Berks stop of the Market-Frankford line. (We also have parking in the back.) And, as you can see, they are completely loaded with gear for you to play on.
Practicing is FREE for campers & at a *very* reduced rate for volunteers who have worked at least one camp week. If you’re interested in taking us up on the offer, contact our practice space coordinator Tara.
GRP is also looking to begin some small all-ages events & workshops featuring GRP volunteers & campers soon, as well as some one-on-one lessons with GRP instructors. If you’re an instructor looking to use our practice rooms or a camper who’d like some further instruction from one of our volunteers, contact Beth & we will work out something for you.
