Girls Rock Philly (GRP) is an independently operating branch of a rapidly expanding effort to bring rock n’  roll camps for girls all over the United States, Canada, and the world!

Our mission is to operate as a non-profit organization (501C3 status pending) dedicated to providing girls from the greater Philadelphia region with a positive all-female musical environment. Targeted areas include: musical development, self-esteem enhancement, friendship & community building, and nurturing individual talents within a cooperative atmosphere. Additionally, girls benefit from physical & artistic activities that complement their music instruction.

Goals for the program include empowerment of girls & women though music and providing the opportunity for all definitions of girls & women to succeed in any music-related venture. Girls of all backgrounds and musical levels are encouraged to apply, since a limited number of scholarships will be provided.

Girls Rock Philly is composed of a diverse representation of talented women and a smattering of gentlemen from the Philadelphia area. We are artists, musicians, producers, educators, business professionals, and parents. And every last one of us rocks!
